In another personal account of the trek, the trekker describes the overall experience of the trek of the Annapurna Circuit, which he found to be a trek of contrasts. He reflects, “The trekking experience is greatly variable based on your physical condition, pace, and weather. Some parts of the trek are easier than others. Some parts are a real challenge, especially as the altitude increases and the terrain changes from the lush valleys to the alpine deserts. And of course, there is the joy of observing mountain life, yaks crossing your path, and the great satisfaction of reaching iconic points such as Thorong La Pass.”

The personal itinerary of a solo trekker, based on another personal account of the trek, further highlights the personal nature of the trek. In a trek of about 12 days, the trekker describes the overall journey of the trek, which covers the low valleys, the high passes, and the traditional circuit of the trek. In the account, the trekker describes the overall adventure of the trek, which is a journey of self, a journey of the soul, a journey of contrasts, and a journey of the heart. He describes the trek of the Annapurna Circuit as a journey of inner transformation, a journey of the self, a journey of the soul, a journey of contrasts, and a journey of the heart, and not merely a trek of the circuit of the mountains of Nepal. Thus, the overall experience of the trek of the Annapurna Circuit Trek is a personal experience, and it is not merely a trek of the circuit of the mountains of Nepal.
